Found a place that sells these slick illuminated Toyota emblems TOYOTA LED EMBLEM DUAL COLOR/ SINGLE COLOR — RAYMAX LUMINOUS GEAR.
That does look pretty sweet...but a word of caution, the radar cruise is buried in your car right behind the emblem. Not sure if the LED stuff would interfere with the radar and the safety sense stuff.
I wouldn't even consider it - read your manual carefully. Consult TOYOTA before modifying it if you really have to. Even road dirt or water will render the Radar Cruise inaccurate - as well as the safety functions associated with it.:
