I've been reading the above book for a week or two -- supposedly non-fiction work by a woman who walked parts of the Pacific Crest Trail in California and Oregon about 1998 or so. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/28/books/wild-by-cheryl-strayed-a-walkabout-of-reinvention.html?pagewanted=all I wonder about some of it and was curious about anyone else and their reaction. I actually have quit reading it since I got my Chilton's Prius repair manual on Monday. It makes fascinating and hopefully true reading, since I am going to use the advice in the Chilton's to adjust my brakes tomorrow.
