I originally put a deposit down for the new Prius Prime with a local dealer, but am no longer looking to move forward with it. I could cancel the transaction with the dealer, but figured I would offer it to a Prius enthusiast first. I'm first in line for any Prius or Prius Prime as they are delivered to the dealer, and they seem to have a slow steady stream of inventory coming in and then selling. Im located in Connecticut, the sales contract says the sale is at MSRP, and the deposit was $1,000.
I'm definitely interested, I live in RI and my local Dealers are telling me it will be 4-6 months before I see any 23 prius. Let me know which dealer and I'll gladly take your spot.
The spot has been taken. If anyone wants to reach out to the dealer I was working with, it's Middletown Toyota. They told me they just received their first allocations of Prius Primes (not the cars, just the allocation for the cars). They always do sales at MSRP, and usually don't have a huge waiting list.
