We're sending our daughter to school with Prius #2 this fall and I'm looking for recommendations for a GPS tracker. I probably wouldn't think about it with a son but am a bit concerned about her being more than a few hours away and the driving (at school and back/forth). Your perspectives with any applicable devices are appreciated.
My first thought would be something like a LoJack system, but that's car-specific. You could use a tracker app on her smart phone, but those things tend to suck down power when loaded and running...it would also only be good for tracking her phone's position.
