I had bought a 2006 with package #7, but when I look at the 2007 packages, it says it's package #5. I saw brief mention of it in the 2006 Package thread near the end, but not completely. Don't forget while Toyota raised the base price in 2007 they lowered the price of the packages. A 2006 with package 7 cost more than the 2007 with package 5. These are the same options.
