Hi team, having an issue with an aqua 2013, was driving then engine light come on. Now it wont acclerate at all. These are the faults, change sparks plugs, still the same, it is still driving a little on hybrid battery. Engine shuddering alot when it goes to petrol but does not drive on petrol. see attached obd code
Did you get these codes right from the get-go, or was this after changing plugs? Be aware that there are many cheap counterfeit spark plugs on the market, and some of them are bad enough to ruin the entire engine. With all four coils reporting a malfunction, I'd be looking for something common in the wiring- inspect for rodent damage or a disconnected/broken multipin coupler on that harness, perhaps? I'm certain Toyota has an official procedure for diagnosing these- might save you a lot of time to get a temporary subscription to their tech info library.
