Yes pretty much. Of course the junker may or may not have the same options like SKS key fob or rear camera but everything else is the same. Hood and bumper are the same.
No, there are exceptions. For example, touring models have different headlights, wheels, sound systems, etc., while all later models got safety upgrades. Hoods and bumper clips? Yeah, those are the same.
