Is there any way to just see the list of polls on ths site? It might be obvious, but I haven't seen it.
Not that I know of but you can see a random poll on the right side of the front page. Click the PRIUSCHAT.COM logo up top to get there.
Thanks aka -- I knew about that feature. I am interested in a complete list that we could look back at for research purposes. I rememeber quite a few of them, but have only been on here since October.
Yes, it would be nice to see some of the polls after they have matured and received many votes. Unfortunately, by that time they have scrolled far out of sight... and out of mind.
A button right next to the word "Poll" which says "See all Polls" sure would be nice. There has to be a list of polls for the random poll generator to work. The list could be sorted by date I imagine. Does anyone else think this would be useful?
I agree; a "See All Polls" button would be quite useful. You can, of course, do a search for "polls". Doing so will definitely show all the polls but will also return over 20 pages, most of which are not polls. If you check "Search titles only", you won't get all the polls.
Talk about random, when I come to the site I see one poll. If I'm not logged in, when I do the poll changes. If I wanted to vote on the first one, it's long gone.
There's a problem with the site that says if you come to 'www.priushat.com' you will always logged off (even if you selected the 'keep me logged on' option), but if you drop the 'www.' and just come to 'priuschat.com' it will remember your 'always logged on' preference. Then you can always vote on the first poll you see. So, if you're one of those who always wants to be logged on, drop 'www.' from your bookmarks.
If you pull up MysterySquid's info page and click "View member's threads" I think you will get about 80% of them.
Thanks, that worked. I did notice that if I click on the topic above the poll, I'm not taken to that poll, but to a random topic. The last poll that I saw was a question about sound after changing speaker and when I clicked on it, I got a question about the physical differences between the 2004, 2005 & 2006.
Hmmmm... That's new. I just tried a few and got good links, but what you describe sounds wrong. I did notice the poll's title is listed on the main page, which might be different that the title of the message it was contained in, but your experience sounds like more than that...
Hey, hey, be nice. Why do you think I changed my name from "endoildependency"? Hmmm. Time for another change? Now that the word "pimp", like many formerly verboten words, has gone mainstream under relentless PC pressure (that's Pop Culture, not Prius Chat nor Politically Correct nor Personal Computer ) , how's about PriusPimp 06?
