I saw one in the wild around Lake Calhoun. Curious if any members on priuschat. Obviously haven't had it yet in the Winter. Was curious to your initial thoughts in the rough northern Minnesota climate. Also, where did you buy? How long did it take to order?
That wasn't me... this Friday, it will be. MN Plug-In Vehicle Owners' Circle (MNPEVOC) will be getting together for the monthly EV cruise around the lake, then stop for ice cream or pizza. It's a great opportunity to show off the cars and visit with other plug-in owners. Look for me with the Blue Prime. My wife... who picks up her Red Prime later today... may be able to make the event too. As for surviving in Minnesota, the past 5 winters with my Prius PHV were great. That plug-in handled the conditions well. Prime will be quite a bit better, with the larger battery, more powerful EV, and electric heater.
I'm in St Paul with my Titanium Glow. I've never seen one in the wild in Minnesota. John doesn't count since I met up with him on purpose.
