I'm trying to figure out if the headlamp housings of the hid and the halogen headlights are the same. I have the hid ones and I damaged the driver's side in a small fender bender. I found the non hid headlight assemblies available for pretty cheap on ebay but not any new conditioned hid ones. My light still works but it's just cracked and had one of the tabs broken off. So I was wondering if the housing is the same, I could switch out any parts on my slightly damaged one and be back in business. If they aren't the same maybe somebody has a source for aftermarket ones.
