Had just recently traded my 2012 prius c for a 2014 prius lift back 3. I noticed on my prius c that I could hear that weird jetson sound coming from under the hood at low low speeds but I don't hear any artificial engine noise from my new 2014 lift back at low speeds. Is that sound only on the c? Just wondering. iPad ?
The "Proximity Alert System" exists in 2014 "regular" Prius. It exists in mine. -2013 I can't hear it, unless I'm driving through a drive-thru, with the windows rolled down. Try driving somewhere quiet, with your windows rolled down, you should hear it.
