Hi everyone!! I often turn to this site for questions about my Prius but never thought I'd be posting in here myself! Here's my issue : I have an iPhone 5, & I've had my car since May 2016 (so about 9 months now) - I often use my bluetooth for phone and music. I've used the USB port a couple times but on very rare occasions - In all this time I haven't had any issues (& I drive a lot so a ton of time is spent in my car) Tonight all was well, music was playing from my phoone to my car stereo, when (honestly I don't remember if it was a call I receive or of it just did this completely out of nowhere)... now my screen says Loading when I select to play music via bluetooth. So I thought, Ok I can be resourceful - so connected it via USB - the USB option is doing the same thing! What's odd to be is 1. i can successfully pair my phone with my car & also make phone calls & they are business as usual! Also what's peculiar to me is even after I unplug the USB from the car, my Audio screen still shows USB as an option to choose from (& I believe previously it was there but dimmed down so it could not be selected. Now it still can be selected) I already restarted my phone and there was no change. I'm fairly certain this is an issue with the car. The question is, how do I fix it? Also, I did try the pushing the audio power button in for 3 seconds in an attempt to reset it - it made no difference. Please I hope someone on here has a solution for this. Thank you so much!!!!
