Before buying Toyota cars (pre-2006) we were basically GM car owners. As a result we had On*Star as an option. One thing On*Star had was a backup number we could use. A few days ago I tested the SOS button to assure it worked properly. It did (except for low volume which I discuss in a different thread). In the last couple of days I looked everywhere I could think of for a backup number for the SOS service. I found nothing. Does anyone know of a "Direct" access number for the SOS service which would get you to the same people who answer when you call using the Red SOS button in the Prius Plug-in? I'm not looking for a number which you then have to listen to and navigate a menu or multiple menus. Does anyone have this number? Thanks
