All of those screens won’t tell you anything about your issue which is probably a bad hybrid battery. You need to have the car scanned by a hybrid capable obd2 code reader to confirm. It has throw a lot of codes, But you are probably seeing hybrid battery issues poor mileage battery goes to purple real fast. What’s the mileage?
12.1 is nearing 50% discharged and is NOT good. IF......the 12 V battery is old (5 years or more) then it would be a good gamble to replace it first before considering something more expensive. Even well qualified shops sometimes don't do a good job testing 12 volt batteries but a test wouldn't hurt.
