I have a one week old 2019 Prius..loving it. However, the battery indicators never show more than about half full. Is this ok? Is the indicator not accurate typically? Does it require more highway driving than I’ve had to fully charge it? Thanks...
The regular Prius or Prius Prime (as you indicated in your profile)? If the regular Prius, it should sit around the 60%-80% mark on the battery display. It'll never be full since you want that buffer for brake regeneration (e.g. you go down a steep hill)
After you've plugged in and charged your PRIME - what battery level does it show? My understanding is that the whole PRIME battery won't fully recharge in normal driving, but only with plugging in and charging.
