hello. 2011 pruis. i posted in other thread but this is more of my main topic. had the car since june. 200k runs great.. mpg was 38 avg in heavy city..than on 35 mph road in summer last year it hit 57. i think since day 1 i had a few issues. 1 erg manifold, cooler needed cleaned. head gasket good. battery started charging very fast..than discharging fast. dr pruis says 28% bad but runs.??but i feel the battery temp can be high. plus a bad cell. no codes yet. when battery is low it takes off with a slow rumble,, sometimes..only when battery low. not always. yesterday it was hot 79 here. battery temp went 112 to 127...dr pruis says to low a battery to test. at night 65 out. dr pruis is saying 48% fair morning mpg shot to 55 mpg falling to 39 mpg 112 degree's. plans. have a few cell's coming friday..dont trust rebuilt companys has they say call us when tri -of-death comes on.. plenty of engine power.. install and check my cells. as needed. load teat each. charge and discharge them all .. i think watching the app's the connections are very dirty. as one side wont show on app for a second or 2..7 moduel block.. brought back up colling fan . just in case. what should battery temp be on a hot day...no dog or pets. outside batttery vent looks clean.. diving in sat..thanks for any input
