I was hoping someone could help me answer this. I bought a used 2007 prius with 18,000 miles in California and I live in California. From carfax it was originally sold in Mississippi. Which battery warranty will apply? The longer 10 year/150,000 mile CA warranty or the shorter warranty for other states. Thanks in advance.
The shorter warranty. The longer CA warranty applies only if the car was originally sold and continuously operated / licensed in CA.
