    Do you mean chemistry? Check Toyota website local to you, should be in specification section for that car. Probably in the PDF format brochure too.

    I think NiMH but might vary around the world.

    Outside the US, the 7 passenger models are Li-ion, as I understand it. So far as I know, (I have not kept up) the 5 passenger models are NiMH.
