After replacing bad modules and reconditioning a hybrid battery pack, often more modules can fail during the deep discharge cycles. It is therefore wise to test each module before installing the pack. Currently I do this by attaching the Hybrid Automotive lightbulb discharger with 2 200 watt bulbs. Unfortunately it takes about 3.5 hours to get the pack discharged down to around 200 watts, which seems to be a good voltage for testing since this is about the bottom while in the car. I'm wondering what other people do for this. If there is a better or faster way. Thanks
