Last Saturday night I ran to a local market to get some milk. When I came out our red Prius had a white paint scrape along half of the passenger side. No Notes, no witnesses, no surveillance cameras. Whoever did it, did it carefully so as to cause only paint damage and not dent the car, almost like it was a challenge stunt. Today, when I went to Pep Boys to get some compound and touch up paint they informed me that's the third one in three days they know of. That doesn't account for those who went to other stores, already had the supplies or are just going to drive a scraped up car. I guess just keying the car without getting caught isn't challenging enough anymore.
