He and his wife are up to their necks the last few years developing health-care projects (mainly preventive, like vaccinations) around the world, especially in India. He'll probably spend the rest of his life putting as much time and energy into spending his money as he did making it. Good for him---and for others. And an assist to Ted Turner who, 10 years ago, publicly shamed people like Gates into parting with a few of their millions for worthy causes, as Turner started doing in the 70's.
