Hey everybody. Got the taillights tinted on our 2005 Prius. Also, I got the emblems painted black. It was done by professionals. Here's the problem. It's technically my wife's car, and I didn't consult with her first. Bad idea, right? Happy wife, happy life. So, she likes the taillights, but not so much on the emblems. I really feel like I disrespected her by just doing this to her car without talking about it first, so I want to make it right. Someone want to trade me their chrome emblems for the black ones? Also, could you give me like, $50? I'd like to recoup a little bit of the cost. That's only half what I paid. It's the 4 emblems. The 1 on the front and 3 on the back. See pics. Thanks!
Basically, I figure you just box up your emblems real well, send them to me, and then I make the swap and send you the black ones...
Well, whatever works I guess. I don't trust myself doing pulling them off and putting them on. So I figure this way I save myself a trip.
