I've gotten wax on that black tape - it IS black tape, not painted at all - while waxing the rest of the vehicle. I've never purposely tried waxing the black tape
That's a nice looking Maine Coon you picked as an avatar! My Madison "The" Maine Coon Queen is currently napping at my feet! As far as the Black sides. I gave it a coat of "All In One" and used a random orbital buffer to polish it up. I just looks OK, not glowing like the rest of the car does! Is that really a tape covering, and not real paint like I thought it was??? Anybody else find anything that makes the "Black" stand out???
Tootsie says yes see is a good looking maine coon. Thanks for that info, I have some honda spray and shine, I think I will try that.
I bought this stuff at the Toyota parts counter when I was there for an oil filter. Works pretty good on that outside door trim and really works good on that black plastic bezel under and around the MFD that is a real pain to clean and keep protected. But like all trim products doesn't last to long outside but once a month and almost 2 years now and no fading yet. Mothers Back-To-Black Bumper & Trim Care restores black plastic & rubber bumpers and trim to their original black color. Care for your car's bumper
Tipsy, BooBoo, Tootsie, Doc: Meet Namiko, my shy Scottish Fold kitty. I have yet to drive her to the Vet in the Prius. I'm sure she will enjoy the quiet and tranquility of the electric motor over my old beat-up Civic.
