Have any of you found a great product to apply to the black trim (I think it's actually vinyl tape) around all the windows? It's too easy to see oily fingerprints from closing the door etc. Also don't want sun fading. I think I saw a product - 'Black on Black' or something like that before. Not really looking to get it shiny, but a protectorant.
Back to black you mean? Yeah that seemed to work well. Canadiandriver.com did a product review on that if you wanna look it up. Our '05's black trim is holding up well so frankly I don't see the need but then again you're in FL so maybe the sun's stronger there?
I always nourish the plastic at the base of the windshield, the black on the b pillars between the front and rear doors, the black around the base of the rear bumper and the tires with Griots Garage vinyl and rubber dressing. It keeps the plastic from getting light in color from my experience. I've been using it since 2001, it costs a bit more than armor all but one should never use armor all imo.
