Why blade voltage reduced when all other values (Pack voltage, IR, Block voltage) remain same. Same car after 7 months. Blade voltage shows now under 3.0v whereas 7 months ago it was 3.65v . But Pack voltage and IR remain same as before. As well as minimum block voltage is more than its nominal voltage 25.2v. Any explanation?
