2013 Prius base. After going through a car wash, I was having airflow issues.....meaning.... the blower would run, almost no airflow, I could hear the 'diverter' going through the positions when selected. The airflow would return slowly. I was guessing my cabin filter was getting wet and restricting airflow. Water in the glove box confirmed my suspicions. Upon inspection of the cabin air filter, and the engine compartment, I could see a 'sediment waterline' in the tray below the wipers. I removed the wipers and upper wiper tray for cleaning (vacuumed and blew air) and removed leaf and debris. I took the glove box off for cabin filter inspection. The filter was fairly new, but smelled a little damp. under the passenger carpet, I disconnected the condenser tube for cleaning (up and down) but only had a little debris on the bottom tube. After all that, I observed the functioning of the diverter and the blend door. The diverter functioned properly. The blend door would open fully when I pressed the 'fresh air' selector. When I pressed the 'recirculate' button,, the blend door did not seem to close off fully. Does anyone know if this is proper blend door operation or not? Thank you, Brian
