Block Heater for 2009 Camry

I've had my 2009 Camry for a few months and have been trying to find a source, here or in Canada, for the block heater. I see instructions and part numbers for earlier models but the dealer here says they are not the same and he can't get one for a 2009. When I write to Canada, they don't respond - it's getting to be irritating. Anyone have any idea what's up with the 90 Camry that makes it so hard to but a simple block heater? I'm entirely capable of putting it in myself, just need a darn part number and source! Help! Thanks -
