My 2005 Prius has always made a light ticking noise whenever the blower air fan is on. It adjust noise and speed when adjusting air speed I have replaced the cabin filter with no luck. It almost sounds like a leaf or paper, but I can't see or reach anything in there to fix it. Is there a DIY write up to remove the blower? I suppose I will see if there is anything to clear out, or potentially just replace the unit. Thanks!

Thanks for this (and the OP's question). Here's a relevant, and pretty good, access/replacement video of the blower. Think: time to check/clean my cabin air filter!
