Blue bar

    Why am I getting a horizontal blue bar (about 3/8 inch all the way across my screen) ?
    It pops up & off.
    I am using Opera browser.

    Dude, Chrome, Explorer, Firefox those are mainstream and free

    Opera drags the banner bar from the top to stay with you. There is a way to turn this off, but I don't recall how... Opera has its uses. It is a much quicker loading browser, but you sometimes lose images.
