When receiving or calling someone via bluetooth, they sound choppy on my end but they say I sound fine on their end. The music plays fine over bluetooth also. Have used 2 different phones and both do the same thing. Any ideas or suggestions?
Do you have a smart phone? Do you have Entune running? Do you have another bluetooth device that is incorrectly synced for Internet? Have you applied the latest Entune Update? You can download version 3.2.0 here. After the update, it should work properly. That should be under warranty.
Also could be a problem with a high ambient noise level, causing it to cut to transmit for tiny periods of time. Does it do that even if you are standing still ??
I don't have entune, think I found out what the issue is....the mount I have uses the CD slot. I am guessing the Bluetooth is right in the head unit, my phone being so close to it, is causing the problem. I move the phone it clears up. cm_tenderloin ?
I have the same problem with the Bluetooth phone call choppy on my side. I just signed up for XM radio traffic and that’s when I started noticing it anyone else. 2010 Prius
