Bluetooth and USB slot doesn’t work.(prius 2012).

Don't panic. Let's look at the obvious things first.

• USB cords tend to be flimsy, so try again with a different cord.
  Look for lint or other debris in both ends of the cord, also in your device and in the car's slot, too.
  Be sure your device can power on from the mains (or the AC)
  Is the car in ACCessory or Ready mode?
  Is the power socket next to the USB functioning?
  If not, then you can look for the appropriate fuse.
