Hi all - I have a 2012 IV with premium nav. Recently I've noticed an odd issue. When I connect my phone via bluetooth (Sprint HTC One), and I adjust the volume, either on the steering wheel or on the headunit, it sends a bluetooth command to pause or restart the track in some of my media apps. As far as I can tell, the volume knob should not send any BT commands. Can anybody point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this. It's a strange enough problem that I'm not sure if it's the car or the phone, but I imagine the phone couldn't be responding if the car wasn't sending a BT command.
