Just bought a 2011 Prius 3 non-NAV and the only option I desired when buying a car was bluetooth. Now, people tell me that the sound is horribly echoed and broken to the point where it is a burden to hear me. I can here them fine. I feel like the Verizon guy "can you hear me now?" and when they say, "what did you just say?" I get my answer. I am in sales and need my phone...someone please help. There is stuff all over for Gen 2 Prius' and with NAV, but not for newer models with Non-NAV. Please help!
