Hello, all! Just got a new iphone XR. Got the bluetooth working following suggestions here. I can call and receive calls easily, but when I go to play music from my phone, it will not play -- plugged in or blue tooth. Says not valid player? Anyone else experience this? Otherwise the car is going strong.
the message is "There are no files available for playback. Please add compatible files to your USB device or iPod.
We got it working! We had to remove the phone as a phone and audio device. Set it back up, new names and all...I think it is working. Fingers crossed!
