I drive a 2013 Persona and have been having problems with my stereo not displaying the metadata for any of my audio streaming apps. It used to and in the last few months has been intermittently refusing to display artist or song titles. It now refuses to ever show it. I got a new Android phone today and paired it. I was hesitant to get excited about it working with my new phone (Moto g6 plus) but it worked... once. It then stopped the second time I got in it. I updated the stereo today to no effect. It still pairs and plays audio but no metadata is displayed. I have tried deleting and re-pairing the phone to no effect. Is there anything I am missing or is the bluetooth just a cruel mistress?
