bluetooth: people can't hear me

    I can hear people fine using my bluetooth phone. The problem is people can't hear me well. They say there's a lot of noise or that I sound like I'm in a tunnel or that my voice is not clear. Is there an adjustment I can make for a 2008 Prius?

    Also, remember that the microphone is in the roof console where the map light switches are located (above the rearview mirror).

    So when you speak, try to project your voice up there, not at the driver door speaker from where the sound is coming.

    I've had people say the same thing to me. They can't hear me, but I can hear them loud and clear. I have a 2006 Prius with package 8.

    I'll have to try to increase the output volume. Thanks for the link.
