Bluetooth song restarts after car restart

I've recently acquired a 2020 Prius Prime, and there is a minor annoyance. When connected to Bluetooth and playing music, the song I would be currently listening to always restarts after stopping the car. Sometimes I make some errands with three or four quick stops and the same song will always restart from the beginning because I would have not finished it yet. I noticed this even happens when a text message comes in and I read it through the display, the song would then restart instead of playing from where it left of.

My 2013 Mazda 5 seems to be able to do that and it's much older technology.

Anybody know a setting on the car or phone that could fix this? I use a LG G7 ThinQ phone.
