Is there a way to reset the bluetooth system on my 07 Prius. My KRZR worked perfectly until today. I tried syncing them by reseting the KRZR and shutting off the Prius and resarting it with no luck. I removed the profiles on both the Prius and KRZR to start fresh and that did not work. I set my KRZR back to factory settings and still no luck. I tried to push a contact over to the Prius and found the Prius. I entered the passcode and got a message on the KRZR that it does not support the system. I got my old RZR that also worked before my KRZR and it also will not connect. Any ideas???
If multiple cell phones failed to connect (they were able to) with your Prius, then, the Bluetooth module in your Prius may be the problem. If I were you, I would find another cell phone (from friend?) and try it out just to make sure before I bring the Prius to the dealer. Good luck.
I just took my wife's RZR out and it worked. I might have created the problem when I cleared the phones out of the history on both the Prius and the phones.
Is there a way to reset the bluetooth module on the Prius? I think corrupt information is stuck in the Prius' bluetooth module even though it shows no phones synced. That is why I can sync new phones and not phones that I synced in the past.
