I recently got an extended service letter for the brake actuator assembly. From then I have been paying more attention to the brake actuator noise. One thing I noticed recently is the brake actuator noise after turning the car off. Specifically, if I press the brake pedal after a minute of turning the car off, the brake actuator seems to pump again for about 5-7 seconds. If I try press the brake pedal again after a minute or so, it pumps again. Is this normal behavior? Just curious to know from other users on the forum. This does not happen if I leave the car as is, and don't press the brake pedal.
