So I bought an 05 Prius with 283k miles. The seller stated that the brake sensor works intermittently and will need to be replaced. He stated that he would lose braking and a loud audible tone would come on with a red triangle on the dash. I have been driving it for weeks with no issues or lights on the dash. I ran it through techstream and the only active codes are for the front wheel speed sensors. There is also code U0121(lost communication with abs). Would any of these codes cause what the seller stated?
