On my 6 month scheduled service maintenance invoice it states "Brakes front and rear 95%", "Tires front and rear 9/32" My car had 701 miles on it when it was taken in. Are they telling me that my brakes are at 95% at 701 miles? Or is it that they never checked and put down what most vehicles have as a percentage at 5,000 mile? What was your brake percent at 5,ooo miles?
Dealer brake measurements are not that accurate. You can have faith that your Prius brakes will last a long time. My 2004 Prius brakes still have a bit of life left at 245,000 miles. JeffD
