Bright lights not coming on?

    i hit a racoon on the driverside and it tore up the inerfender over the tire the whole thing was out in the road anyone might know whats wrong?thanks

    I hit a cat last year. Tore the inner fender off and did 1125$ damage.
    What did the racoon cost????
