Do not shop at Brown Toyota in Charlottesville. Their saying is "You'll Love The Service." It's not true. I have never hated anything more than Brown Toyota in Charlottesville. The Toyota Company should close their dealership. If I were you, I would drive to Gaithersburg, Maryland - and buy my next Toyota from Fitzgerald's. They will treat you with respect and will beat any nearby competitor's price.
I say you should contact Toyota Corporate and voice your opinions there. They'll be glad to address any issues you had with the dealership. I think it would get more done to do that, than inform us about it. However, thanks for telling us of this dealership to stay away from. Agreed. And tell us how, if you're in Texas, you had an opportunity to do business in Charlottesville. And instead of driving three hours to Maryland, there are good options a little over an hour away in Richmond.
Hi TexMex and welcome to Priuschat. I would like to say that I'm sorry to hear of your encounter with the dealership but unfortunately I have absolutely no information about your encounter. One reason I'm really interested is that you list your location as Texas and yet provide insight about a dealership on the East Coast. Are you really located and posting from Texas?
yup. i would love to hear from somebody who has dealt with brown toyota in case they are getting a bad rap.
