Does anyone know what these lights are called? Has anyone replaced the black panel with an LED light?
well the black panel is just a cover. that location is meant for fog lights. you can buy the whole fog light kit online for less than 200 bucks. some people have also added LED strips to the grooves of that panel and just used them like that.
