My sister bumped into my bumper a little while back. Since then, I took it by the shop but it wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. My car is a 2013 and it just should look perfect in my opinion but I'd welcome any non jerk opinions.
Depending on how much you paid, is the kind of work you will receive. For a repair on the cheap, under $100, this results may be acceptable. You can have a brand new bumper, painted to match your car for under $300 on ebay.
This is probably one of those "jerk" opinions that you didn't want to hear. IF, as you said in the duplicate thread, you concern really is with the small gap.........my opinion is: Get over it. This is true whether or not you got a whole new bumper but especially true if the job was "on the cheap" and they just repainted the "damaged" bumper. Once the plastic/rubber bumper is deformed, you should not expect it to ever fit exactly right again.
