Hello guys. 2010 Prius, ~200k miles.
What could be the reason for these codes? Check engine light came on along with check hybrid system. Then hv light went off. I could not connect computer yesterday. Today there was overheating light flashing for a few seconds and then it went away, CEL stayed on. I checked coolant level in reservoir and it was below minimum level and it seems like it was pushed out. I let the car to cool down and started it. CEL went off. There’s a new OEM water pump, battery seems to be okay, it was rebuild couple months ago, head gasket was replaced. No problems with cold start and the car drives fine. Seems to be electrical problem. I have replaced 12v battery just now and will drive for a while, even though it was 13v and showing 100% charge. I checked freeze frame for water pump and it’s expected speed and actual speed were the same. I can hear it working, fans working, coolant circulating in both engine and inverter reservoirs. Codes that I got:

    Engine and ECT
P0420 Efficiency Of Catalyst System Is Lower Than Limit - Bank 1
P261B Control Malfunction Of Engine Coolant Pump 'B'

    Hybrid Control
P0A08 State Circuit Of Direct Current (DC)-Direct Current (DC) Converter
    P0A0F Engine Failed to Start

    Cruise Control
P0A08 State Circuit Of Direct Current (DC)-Direct Current (DC) Converter
    P0A0F Engine Failed to Start

    Air Conditioner
    B1475 Cooling/Heating System Of A/C. Inverter
    Thank you

the codes should have cleared with the new battery, see if they come back

Hello. Thank you for your reply.
I cleaned my radiator, it was nasty. Maybe it was the reason for overheating since temps were over 100F. Also replaced my 12v battery for a good measure Bc it was there since 2018
