Buttons on key fob do not work

    2007 Prius. A while back my key fob begin to fail so I replaced the 2032 battery and now it works fine except ever since the buttons on the key fob do not work.

    Any ideas?

    i wonder if it dodn't go together correctly and they are stuck? i would open it again see if everything moves cleanly.
