Hello, I am interested in buying a Used Prius. I have the chance to buy a 2004 that already has the car pool lane clean air "Stickers". Does it transfer with the car? Or do I have to apply for new stickers in my name? Thanks
As far as I know, the stickers stay with the car when it is sold. They're 'tied' to the car, so to speak, by the VIN and license plate #.
