C1231 after clock spring replacement.

    Prius 2011 clock spring only was replaced due to safty bag light.
    No more red lights
    But after 2 miles
    Skid light on came on.
    Could not do reset with paper clips between 4 and 13 on obd socket.
    Any ideas?
