I changed the brake pads and discs. but I did not unplug the 12 volt battery while changing it. Could the problem be caused by this? red triangle, vsc and yellow exclamation point all started to light up. Could the problem be caused by this?
Which OBD2 device and or app are you using? (your existing scanner may not be up to the task) Did you remove the brake relays before you started the brake job? Those two exact brake codes are such special ones that it would be good for everyone to know them from memory. Those are the two brake codes that tell you there are hybrid-system codes you need to read. That's all they mean. So, whenever you see those two brake codes, go read the hybrid-system codes with your scan tool, and pay attention to those. If you are using a scan tool that can't show you the hybrid-system codes, so you see only these two brake codes and not the actual important ones they are telling you about, then the thing to do is obtain or borrow a scan tool that can, or visit a shop that has one, and find out what the hybrid-system codes are.
I didn't pull out the orange HV security plug, I didn't put the battery in. and the po 420 gives the catalatic error. the o2 sensore is a misleading tactic, and the po420 error is no longer responding. The car is having difficulty moving from 110 to 120. will it be okay if I empty the catalytic filter? is there any harm to the arba when the catalytic filter is inserted?

There must be trouble codes other than P0420. P0420 is an engine trouble code, but you also have hybrid-system trouble codes. We know that, because you have C1259 and C1310, which tell you that there are hybrid-system trouble codes. Once you have access to a scan tool that correctly retrieves the hybrid-system codes, posting those here will allow us to offer more help.
